  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Opened or used health & personal care products (e.g., creams, supplements)
  • Beauty and cosmetic items if packaging is unsealed
  • Pet food once opened
  • Any custom or perishable items

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mocheeltd.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.

🚚 Return Process:

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

💷 Refunds:
