📦 Returns Eligibility:

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Opened or used health & personal care products (e.g., creams, supplements)
- Beauty and cosmetic items if packaging is unsealed
- Pet food once opened
- Any custom or perishable items
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mocheeltd.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.
🚚 Return Process:

- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
💷 Refunds:
